Training

All courses are always held by our internal staff, mostly at Query's and Smea's headquarters and you can attend them all year long. Some courses are held at our Partner Network's, as well. The course is organized in such a way as to apply to audio and visual aids, as well as to slides which will be issued to all people attending the meeting. By means of a Demo Live the trainee can learn the concepts outlined during the day while a teacher will be available all the time for any clarifications that may be necessary.
You can apply for unscheduled courses or just held ones by filing a special form inside the chosen category; if a minimum number of participants is reached the course is activated and you will be informed accordingly by e-mail.
The day of training (up to 15 people in one meeting), is splitted into two sessions: the first one will be held in the morning and will last 4 hours, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The second one will start at 2 p.m. and finish at 6 p.m.
