11/02/2015 - L'Agenzia delle Entrate con provvedimento del 12 dicembre 2014 ha approvato il modello di dichiarazione d'intento che gli esportatori abituali dovranno trasmettere all'Amministrazione finanziaria per le operazioni da effettuare apartire dal 1° gennaio 2015. La dichiarazione, unitamente alla ricevuta di presentazione rilasciata dall'Agenzia delle Entrate, va poi consegnata al fornitore o prestatore, oppure in dogana (Dlgs 175/2014).
