L\u2019elemento chiave della Business Intelligence \u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 di trarre da questo enorme pool di dati, delle informazioni molto utili per le decisioni di business.\u00a0 Le organizzazioni che sono in grado di sviluppare la BI come un vantaggio competitivo non si concentrano solo sull&#8217;analisi descrittiva e sulla reportistica, ma piuttosto sull&#8217;analisi predittiva per compiere decisioni e prestazioni. La business intelligence si riferisce ai processi, alle tecnologie e alle pratiche utilizzate per supportare il processo decisionale, fornendo una visione del business e aiutando a prevedere la situazione futura delle operazioni aziendali.<\/p>\n<h5>BI Retail: i vantaggi<\/h5>\n<p>La BI apporta dunque enormi vantaggi nell\u2019ambito dei Retail, specialmente per quanto riguarda il coinvolgimento della clientela e la shopping experience, poich\u00e8 aiuta i manager a progettare campagne di marketing per prodotti specifici a seconda delle esigenze specifiche dei clienti.
