Manager e le Generazioni in Azienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le mutate condizioni di vita e i cambiamenti culturali si riflettono anche sul mondo del lavoro ed in particolare sulle generazioni in azienda.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi, quattro generazioni lavorano nella stessa azienda (nel 2030 saranno cinque) con stili e ritmi di vita diversi ma legati dalla contemporaneit\u00e0 storica.<\/p>\n<p>Ad esempio tutte le fasce di et\u00e0\u00a0sono oggi pi\u00f9 sensibili alle tematiche che riguardano la salute, la sicurezza e i benefici diversi dal puro reddito; i\u00a0giovani sono tendenzialmente pi\u00f9 portati a subire fenomeni di stress rispetto al passato, sia per causa della citata insicurezza sociale che per l\u2019emergere di nuove professioni e modelli di competenza a cui non sono preparati dalla scuola; le figure\u00a0senior possono soffrire fortemente di senso di\u00a0 inadeguatezza e stress in parte per gli stessi motivi ma anche per il rilievo anagrafico ed hanno bisogno di inquadrare le loro capacit\u00e0 in un percorso di sviluppo e di rimodulazione sempre pi\u00f9 urgente.<\/p>\n<h5>Il Responsabile delle Risorse Umane si trova cos\u00ec a dover gestire un clima di crisi e di incertezza sia per le generazioni pi\u00f9 giovani che per quelle pi\u00f9 vecchie.<\/h5>\n<p>Per tale motivo \u00e8 importante che si focalizzi su:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>welfare aziendale<\/strong>, per garantire il benessere alla forza lavoro<\/li>\n<li><strong>sicurezza aziendale<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>programmi di formazione e di gestione delle competenze
