Grazie ad un sistema di CRM e Business Intelligence possiamo memorizzare in modo sistematico <strong>informazioni di vario tipo sul cliente<\/strong>, come telefono e indirizzo mail, e sulla provenienza del contatto, come fiere, eventi, annunci on line o newsletter organizzati dal marketing, piuttosto che negozi fisici, e-commerce, siti web, call- center o passaparola etc.<\/p>\n<p>Un sistema di CRM quindi fornisce una visione a tutto tondo delle <strong>relazioni<\/strong> intessute con i clienti attuali e potenziali, in quanto in esso vengono mappate sia informazioni riguardo il soggetto con cui \u00e8 avvenuto il contatto (proprietario, agente, controller aziendale, amministratore delegato etc.), sia l\u2019elenco di tutte le attivit\u00e0 implementate (telefonate, call, incontri), e rende possibile la <strong>condivisione<\/strong> di tutte queste interazioni con l\u2019intera rete commerciale. di smeup avviene grazie a delle <strong>funzioni speciali<\/strong>, le FUN, native di smeup, che dalle dashboard di Qlik, cliccando sul tab predisposto, permettono di accedere direttamente all\u2019ambiente di data entry del CRM per effettuare modifiche o inserire informazioni relative a nuove attivit\u00e0, e poi vedere subito le modifiche implementate in Qlik.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019integrazione inoltre \u00e8 gi\u00e0 predisposta a standard nel modulo del CRM di smeup in modo che acquistandolo, sia possibile installare l\u2019applicazione di Qlik, <strong>senza necessit\u00e0 di effettuare installazioni aggiuntive<\/strong> personalizzate di smeup.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element \"
