Il GDPR cambia solo alcune di queste responsabilit\u00e0, quali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il consenso per elaborare i dati dei dipendenti<\/li>\n<li>i diritti sui dati per i dipendenti in quanto soggetti interessati<\/li>\n<li>le segnalazioni di violazione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approfondiamo ciascuna di queste aree.<\/p>\n<h6>Il consenso\u00a0per elaborare i dati dei dipendenti<\/h6>\n<p>Quando si vuole fare qualcosa con i dati personali di qualcuno, si deve ottenere il loro consenso. Con il GDPR, il consenso deve essere \u201cdato liberamente, specifico, informato e chiaramente indicato\u201d.La buona notizia per le risorse umane \u00e8 che questo non si applica necessariamente ai dati dei dipendenti, perch\u00e9 si avrebbe un requisito legale per elaborare quest\u2019ultimi.<\/p>\n<p>Detto questo, \u00e8 importante tenere presente che i dati dei dipendenti memorizzati o processati per motivi che esulano dagli obblighi legali riferiti all&#8217;azienda, richiedono comunque il nuovo, pi\u00f9 esplicito, consenso previsto dalla GDPR.<\/p>\n<h6>I diritti sui dati per i dipendenti in quanto soggetti interessati<\/h6>\n<p>I dipendenti avranno diversi diritti sui loro dati:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>diritto di informazione: chiarezza sul corretto utilizzo dei dati personali<\/li>\n<li>diritto di accesso: il diritto di accesso avr\u00e0 nuove regole<\/li>\n<li>diritto alla rettifica dei dati: in caso di errori il dipendente pu\u00f2 richiedere che vengano corretti<\/li>\n<li>diritto all&#8217;oblio: il dipendente pu\u00f2 richiederlo in determinate circostanze, come ad esempio il mancato rispetto della reputazione personale<\/li>\n<li>diritto alla portabilit\u00e0 dei dati: i dipendenti possono ora ottenere, in specifiche situazioni, i loro dati personali e riutilizzarli per i propri scopi, attraverso diversi servizi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Le segnalazioni di violazione<\/h6>\n<p>In caso di violazione dei dati personali, il GDPR richiede all&#8217;utente di informare il Commissario per le informazioni entro 72 ore, se possibile.
