{"id":49872,"date":"2018-07-21T06:00:48","date_gmt":"2018-07-21T04:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/smeupnew.it\/magazine\/blog\/analisi-dei-fabbisogni-formativi-parte-2\/"},"modified":"2018-07-21T06:00:48","modified_gmt":"2018-07-21T04:00:48","slug":"analisi-dei-fabbisogni-formativi-parte-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/magazine\/blog\/analisi-dei-fabbisogni-formativi-parte-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Analisi dei fabbisogni formativi: la formazione in ambito HR &#8211; parte 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dopo aver parlato nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/blog\/blog-hr\/gestione-della-formazione-parte-1\/\">precedente articolo<\/a> della gestione della formazione in ambito HR, in questo articolo ci concentreremo invece sull\u2019analisi dei fabbisogni formativi.<\/p>\n<h5>Facendo un focus sull&#8217;analisi dei fabbisogni formativi, infatti, scopriamo che:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Nella progettazione formativa, l&#8217;analisi dei fabbisogni \u00e8 quasi universalmente riconosciuta come momento fondamentale per la realizzazione di interventi efficaci.<\/li>\n<li>La definizione di fabbisogno formativo \u00e8 prevalentemente legata al superamento del gap esistente tra le competenze che occorre possedere per svolgere una determinata attivit\u00e0 e quelle possedute dal soggetto in un dato momento.<\/li>\n<li>I bisogni di formazione vengono, inoltre, definiti come la necessit\u00e0, pi\u00f9 o meno esplicita, di adeguare le competenze delle persone alle caratteristiche della struttura organizzativa e alle modalit\u00e0 di lavoro aziendali, in funzione delle esigenze di produzione e del mercato o di determinati scenari socioeconomici previsionali.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019analisi dei fabbisogni formativi pu\u00f2 diventare quindi l\u2019inizio di un processo di formazione che coinvolga direttamente le organizzazioni e tutti gli individui che le compongono nella ricerca di un miglioramento della propria capacit\u00e0 di agire.
