{"id":49926,"date":"2018-08-09T06:00:31","date_gmt":"2018-08-09T04:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/smeupnew.it\/magazine\/blog\/fabbisogno-formativo-analisi\/"},"modified":"2018-08-09T06:00:31","modified_gmt":"2018-08-09T04:00:31","slug":"fabbisogno-formativo-analisi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/magazine\/blog\/fabbisogno-formativo-analisi\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabbisogno formativo: analisi e redazione di un piano formativo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ci eravamo lasciati, nella <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/blog\/blog-hr\/analisi-dei-fabbisogni-formativi-parte-2\/\">scorsa puntata<\/a>, dopo aver fatto un focus sall&#8217;analisi dei fabbisogni formativi.<\/p>\n<p>Ripartiamo ora dalla distinzione di due livelli di analisi per la definizione del fabbisogno formativo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analisi strutturale<\/li>\n<li>Analisi individuale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante la fase di analisi strutturale vengono raccolti dati utili ad una descrizione della realt\u00e0 organizzativa (strategie, obiettivi, funzionamenti, processi, vincoli) con riferimento alle risorse umane, sia nelle loro caratteristiche oggettive (et\u00e0, titolo di studio, iter professionale, anzianit\u00e0 nell\u2019organizzazione e nella funzione) che in quelle relative al comportamento organizzativo (assenteismo, dimissioni, turnover) e sulla formazione gi\u00e0 effettuata.<\/p>\n<p>Nell\u2019analisi individuale, invece, si studiano: attivit\u00e0 svolte, relazioni interpersonali, eventi critici che si presentano con una certa frequenza, attese e bisogni.<\/p>\n<h5>\u200bModalit\u00e0 operative<\/h5>\n<p>E&#8217; necessario rilevare il fabbisogno formativo attraverso forme di indagine diretta e indiretta, poich\u00e8 essi non sono sempre di facile lettura.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bNel redigere un percorso formativo \u00e8 doveroso anche indicare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I soggetti: lavoratori singoli, gruppi di lavoratori o strutture organizzative\/imprese;<\/li>\n<li>Le modalit\u00e0 di rilevazione: interviste, rilevazione attraverso matrici e\/o schede di analisi e\/o focus group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le modalit\u00e0 di rilevazione, in modo particolare, possono essere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strumentate e strutturate: processi di analisi e di ricerca realizzati appositamente;<\/li>\n<li>Informali e non strutturate: sollecitazione da parte di esperti, stakeholders, ecc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Come ultima cosa, \u00e8 importante tenere in considerazione i ruoli aziendali nei loro vari aspetti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le capacit\u00e0 da esercitare nell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 professionale;<\/li>\n<li>Le competenze richieste per ricoprire il ruolo in maniera adeguata;<\/li>\n<li>Le responsabilit\u00e0 assegnate in base ai risultati ed ai comportamenti attesi;<\/li>\n<li>Le conoscenze di riferimento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0;<\/li>\n<li>I compiti da svolgere;<\/li>\n<li>Le relazioni da gestire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abbiamo visto in quest&#8217;ultima puntata come \u00e8 possibile analizzare e rilevare un fabbisogno formativo.
