{"id":50156,"date":"2019-01-04T07:00:57","date_gmt":"2019-01-04T06:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/smeupnew.it\/magazine\/blog\/analisi-predittiva-qlik-sales-forecasting\/"},"modified":"2021-03-30T11:17:18","modified_gmt":"2021-03-30T09:17:18","slug":"sales-forecasting-qlik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/magazine\/blog\/sales-forecasting-qlik\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019analisi predittiva in Qlik: un esempio applicativo di Sales Forecasting"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling gradient-container-1\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-top:0px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>L\u2019analisi predittiva, la disciplina che grazie all\u2019utilizzo di modelli matematici di differente complessit\u00e0 realizza previsioni accurate sul futuro, sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 precisa e disponibile, grazie all\u2019incremento delle cosiddette \u201ctracce digitali\u201d, elementi che consentono di immagazzinare un database storico sempre pi\u00f9 ampio ed in grado di costituire un ambiente idoneo per allenare il pi\u00f9 efficacemente possibile gli algoritmi da utilizzare nella realizzazione e svolgimento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 di analisi.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019abbondanza di dati raccolti dai numerosi device dell\u2019Internet of Things, ormai inseriti nei pi\u00f9 svariati ambiti applicativi (automobili, frigoriferi, macchinari inseriti in processi produttivi etc.), di quelli immagazzinati nella cronologia della nostra navigazione in rete, lasciati nella frequentazione e interazione quotidiana sui \u201csocial\u201d o pi\u00f9 semplicemente la possibilit\u00e0 di immagazzinare senza limiti i dati aziendali, grazie alle possibilit\u00e0 offerte oggi dalla tecnologia e alla riduzione dei costi hardware, ha \u00a0aumentato esponenzialmente la capacit\u00e0 di profilatura dell\u2019algoritmo, determinando una crescente affidabilit\u00e0 delle previsioni ottenute.<\/p>\n<p>Un ramo di questa disciplina si occupa di predire nello specifico l\u2019andamento delle serie temporali e trova interessanti applicazioni nella previsione del fatturato, del budget, del magazzino e di qualsivoglia misura legata alla variabile tempo.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Nei cruscotti Qlik \u00e8 possibile visualizzare sia la fase di test e selezione modello, sia la fase finale di Forecasting.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>Nelle applicazioni Qlik di Business Intelligence, realizzate dagli analisti smeup, abbiamo inserito, in aggiunta alla tradizionale analisi delle vendite a consuntivo, con i tipici KPI, anche un modulo predittivo; la possibilit\u00e0 di avere in un unico cruscotto il confronto tra il dato reale e il dato previsto, d\u00e0 un grandissimo valore aggiunto a livello di decisioni di business.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:50%;width:calc(50% - ( ( 4% ) * 0.5 ) );margin-right: 4%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Per ottenere una buona previsione \u00e8 fondamentale innanzitutto avere un cospicuo database storico relativo alla variabile che si vuole prevedere, con la granularit\u00e0 desiderata (es. fatturato per famiglia di articolo, per articolo, per cliente, etc.). Grazie al connettore messo a disposizione da Qlik verso R, software open specifico per il Machine Learning, i dati vengono direttamente trasferiti in R dove vengono testati una serie di algoritmi personalizzati, scelti dall\u2019analista in base alle caratteristiche specifiche dei dati stessi.<\/p>\n<p>La selezione dell\u2019algoritmo avviene partizionando in due il dataset storico fornito; si ottengono cos\u00ec un 80% circa di dataset di training e un 20% di dataset di test che coincide con la porzione temporale pi\u00f9 recente. Le previsioni dei modelli costruiti sul training vengono confrontate con il dato a consuntivo del dataset di test e la curva che pi\u00f9 si avvicina a quella reale viene selezionata.<\/p>\n<p>La bont\u00e0 della previsione viene poi espressa con un indice di accuratezza, che permetta di capirne l\u2019affidabilit\u00e0; la variabilit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 ad esempio dipendere dalla disponibilit\u00e0 dello storico fornito, dalle caratteristiche intrinseche della serie temporale, che determinano la maggiore o minore efficacia dell\u2019algoritmo ad estrapolarne il pattern, dall\u2019orizzonte temporale del forecast richiesto (maggiore \u00e8 l\u2019estensione, minore pu\u00f2 essere l\u2019accuratezza).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-last\"
