Non fa eccezione il software per la gestione della relazioni con i clienti. Il glossario CRM serve infatti per definire un perimetro di competenza per ciascun componente.<\/p>\n<p>Ma passiamo ora a definizione con pi\u00f9 precisione i concetti di Account e Referenti.<\/p>\n<h2>Glossario CRM: cosa sono gli Account?<\/h2>\n<p>Per rispondere a questa domanda possiamo dire che: un account \u00e8 un&#8217;organizzazione (Azienda), una societ\u00e0 o un consumatore finale di cui si desidera tenere traccia, ad esempio un cliente, un partner o un concorrente.<\/p>\n<p>Le funzioni base del modulo Account in Sme.UP CRM sono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>creazione, modifica e cancellazione<\/li>\n<li>filtri avanzati<\/li>\n<li>matrice BI (ordinamento, raggruppamento, funzioni di calcolo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All&#8217;interno di queste voci abbiamo poi numerose funzionalit\u00e0 offerte dal software CRM. Alcune di queste sono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lista e Filtro Account<\/li>\n<li>Creazione Account<\/li>\n<li>Dettaglio campi Account\n<ul>\n<li>Anagrafica &#8211; Status e informazioni di base per la profilazione e gestione dell\u2019Account<\/li>\n<li>Altre informazioni &#8211; \u00c8 possibile inserire informazioni per la geolocalizzazione dell\u2019Account e delle note generiche o automatiche (nel caso di import)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Modifica Account<\/li>\n<li>Copia Account<\/li>\n<li>Cancellazione Account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cosa sono i Referenti?<\/h2>\n<p>Ecco un&#8217;altra definizione per il nostro glossario CRM: i\u00a0referenti sono le persone (o contatti) associate ad un account (azienda).<\/p>\n<p>Il modulo Sme.UP CRM Referenti, oltre alle funzionalit\u00e0 base di creazione, modifica e cancellazione;\u00a0filtri avanzati e\u00a0matrice BI (ordinamento, raggruppamento, funzioni di calcolo),\u00a0include funzionalit\u00e0 avanzate per l\u2019import\/export di record e diverse procedure di archiviazione.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco alcune delle funzionalit\u00e0 specifiche dei Referenti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lista e Filtro Account<\/li>\n<li>Creazione di Referente<\/li>\n<li>Dettaglio campi Referente\n<ul>\n<li>Dati &#8211; Status, informazioni di base per la profilazione e gestione del Referente e per il collegamento con l\u2019Account di riferimento<\/li>\n<li>Altre informazioni &#8211; \u00c8 possibile inserire informazioni di geolocalizzazione del referente, l\u2019eventuale metodo di importazione del contatto (vedi sotto riquadro di dettaglio con l\u2019elenco delle modalit\u00e0 import da fonte esterna) e le note generiche\/automatiche (nel caso di import)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Modifica Referente<\/li>\n<li>Copia Referente<\/li>\n<li>Cancellazione Referente<\/li>\n<li>Import di Referenti<\/li>\n<li>Export di Referenti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Arricchiremo nelle prossime puntate il nostro Glossario CRM con altre definizioni.
