Analizzeremo anche le soluzioni Autodesk per il CAM, che si adattano a determinate tipologie di lavorazioni e movimenti.<\/p>\n<p>Si possono identificare le macchine CAD\/CAM e differenziarle in base al numero di assi sui quali lavorano.<\/p>\n<h2>Il CAM per macchine utensili: caratteristiche<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-top:0px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;width:48%; Quindi, lo strumento o la piastra si spostano sia lungo l&#8217;asse Z che lungo l&#8217;asse Y (da destra e sinistra e viceversa).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-top:0px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;width:48%; Lo strumento o il blocco ruotano sull\u2019asse X situato di fronte all\u2019osservatore, secondo un centro di rotazione.<br \/>\nNel caso possano essere utilizzate tutte le posizioni intermedie, si parla di 4 assi veri; nel caso si possano eseguire continuamente la rotazione o l\u2019inclinazione durante gli spostamenti sugli assi X Y, e Z si parla allora di macchina a 4 assi dinamici.<br \/>\nDobbiamo per\u00f2 dare conto di un\u2019eccezione: quando la rotazione \u00e8 solo di 180\u00b0 si parla di 3 assi e mezzo.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-9 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-top:0px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;width:48%; margin-right: 4%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h3>Macchine a 5 assi<\/h3>\n<p>In caso le macchine presentano un 5 asse, lungo Y rotante o basculante, che chiamiamo asse B. Se tenessimo in considerazione anche una rotazione intorno all&#8217;asse Z, ci sarebbe un asse di 6\u00b0 che chiameremmo asse C. Si adatta in modo perfetto a macchine dai 2,5 ai 5 assi di lavorazione ed \u00e8 una soluzione entry level che garantisce per\u00f2 grandi performance. Si presta molto bene ad essere utilizzata da chi non \u00e8 ancora molto pratico nell\u2019utilizzo di software CAM per macchine utensili o non \u00e8 avvezzo a progetti che necessitano di un elevato numero di revisioni.<\/p>\n<h2>Autodesk FeatureCam<\/h2>\n<p>E&#8217; l&#8217;ideale per chi necessita di automatizzare i processi con macchine a controllo numerico e per chi ha necessit\u00e0 di ottenere il meglio da diversi macchinari di questa tipologia. Anche questo presenta una grande semplicit\u00e0 di utilizzo grazie all\u2019automazione dei processi e consente quindi di standardizzarli, riducendo contemporaneamente gli errori.<\/p>\n<h2>Autodesk Powermill<\/h2>\n<p>Powermill consente di creare stampi e oggetti di grande complessit\u00e0 ed \u00e8 una soluzione pensata per chi necessita della massima qualit\u00e0, efficienza e controllo dalle macchine a controllo numerico dai 3 assi di lavorazione in avanti.
