Ovviamente la strategia non perde di importanza, ma il ruolo della cultura nel successo di un&#8217;azienda \u00e8 confermato da numerose ricerche.\u00a0Una cultura aziendale positiva e ben definita che permea tutta l&#8217;azienda si adatta in modo perfetto al contesto e all\u2019ambiente in cui essa opera.<\/p>\n<p>Impatto significativo sull&#8217;organizzazione e sulla cultura aziendale hanno crescita, acquisizioni, fusioni, o modifiche al modello di business.
