In questo articolo ci concentreremo su una particolare tipologia di simulazione: l\u2019<strong>analisi termica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5>Cos\u2019\u00e8 l\u2019analisi termica<\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019analisi termica consente di calcolare l\u2019<strong>andamento della temperatura<\/strong> in ciascun punto del sistema-assieme, applicando le equazioni della trasmissione del calore per conduzione, convezione e irraggiamento. Di solito la simulazione termica \u00e8 di tipo non-lineare in quanto i coefficienti di scambio termico dipendono a loro volta dalla temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analisi termica pu\u00f2 essere eseguita <strong>a regime<\/strong> (analisi termica stazionaria) o come <strong>transitorio termico<\/strong>, determinando l\u2019andamento nel tempo delle variabili termiche fino al raggiungimento di un eventuale stato di equilibrio di regime.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/analisi_termica_cos\u00e8.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload size-full wp-image-34988 aligncenter\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27600%27%20height%3D%27315%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20600%20315%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27600%27%20height%3D%27315%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/analisi_termica_cos\u00e8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Quando applicare l\u2019analisi termica<\/h5>\n<p>Macchine per l\u2019automazione, apparecchiature elettriche, scambiatori di calore, macchine alimentari o per l\u2019imbottigliamento di fluidi sono tutti dispositivi per cui \u00e8 possibile applicare il calcolo termico. Esso pu\u00f2 essere eseguito mediante <strong>FEM<\/strong> con Autodesk Inventor Nastran o <strong>CFD<\/strong> con Autodesk CFD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In generale, ecco alcuni campi di applicazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Studio del sistema di condizionamento dell\u2019aria HVAC per migliorare il comfort ambientale e l\u2019evacuazione di sostanze inquinanti<\/li>\n<li>Ottimizzazione del sistema di raffreddamento di dispositivi elettronici<\/li>\n<li>Calcolo della dissipazione del calore nei sistemi di illuminazione<\/li>\n<li>Studio di sistemi di scambio di calore, quali radiatori, scambiatori a fascio tubiero, caldaie, pastorizzatori<\/li>\n<li>Determinazione della distribuzione di temperatura su una serie di corpi per la successiva analisi termo-strutturale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/analisi_termica_quando_applicarla.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload size-full wp-image-34989 aligncenter\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27595%27%20height%3D%27335%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20595%20335%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27595%27%20height%3D%27335%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/analisi_termica_quando_applicarla.jpg\" alt=\"analisi_termica_quando_applicarla\" width=\"595\" height=\"335\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Conclusioni<\/h5>\n<p>Le conseguenze generate da effetti termici generano spesso un rilevante problema per una vasta gamma di prodotti, tra cui macchinari industriali, automobili ed elettronica di consumo. Lo scopo di qualsiasi soluzione di gestione termica \u00e8 di garantire che la temperatura di un prodotto rimanga in un intervallo ottimale per non deteriorare le prestazioni dello stesso.<\/p>\n<p>La valutazione di questi rischi pu\u00f2 essere effettuata utilizzando software di simulazione termica come <strong>Nastran 2020<\/strong>, il quale comprende funzionalit\u00e0 di analisi termica complete che possono aiutare il progettista a capire le <strong>caratteristiche termiche del prodotto<\/strong> e successivamente adattare la tua soluzione di gestione termica per prestazioni ottimali.<\/p>\n<p>Il tutto \u00e8 completamente integrato nei menu di <strong>Inventor 2020<\/strong>, in modo tale da poter simulare il prodotto direttamente in fase di idealizzazione, senza ricorrere a sistemi esterni in cui sarebbe necessario esportare il modello, simularlo, re-importarlo nel sistema CAD per le modifiche del caso ed effettuare altre simulazioni.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fra i principali software per ingegneri e analisti che desiderano effettuare analisi ad elementi finiti (FEA) c\u2019\u00e8 sicuramente Autodesk Inventor.
