Quali sono i maggiori ostacoli relativi alle risorse umane per l&#8217;azienda e perch\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Richieste:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quali sono interni e quali esterni?<\/li>\n<li>Come stai affrontando questi ostacoli?<\/li>\n<li>Chi sono gli stakeholder \/ le parti coinvolte?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Quali sono almeno tre modi innovativi per affrontare questo problema?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Richieste:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Come \u00e8 possibile inquadrare il problema in modo diverso?<\/li>\n<li>Di chi hai bisogno per affrontare il problema?<\/li>\n<li>Che argomenti convinceranno queste persone ad aiutarti?<\/li>\n<li>Quali sono i tre primi passi per affrontare un problema?<\/li>\n<li>Quali ostacoli ti aspetti per questi passaggi e come puoi toglierli di mezzo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lavorare su queste domande insieme a un gruppo di colleghi impegnati ti fornir\u00e0 preziose informazioni. Traducendo queste intuizioni in piccoli passi, puoi davvero iniziare l&#8217;innovazione tanto necessaria per questa era cambiata all&#8217;interno della tua organizzazione.<\/p>\n<p>Tieni presente, tuttavia, che questi passaggi non saranno semplici da affrontare.
