Facciamo chiarezza!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leggendo la normativa da poco approvata, vediamo che lo Smart Working (o lavoro agile) viene definito <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;una modalit\u00e0 di esecuzione del rapporto di lavoro subordinato&#8221;.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essa inoltre si riferisce espressamente alla possibilit\u00e0 di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;svolgimento della prestazione lavorativa, basata sulla flessibilit\u00e0 di orari e di sede e caratterizzata, principalmente, da una maggiore utilizzazione degli strumenti informatici e telematici, nonch\u00e9 dall&#8217;assenza di una postazione fissa durante i periodi di lavoro svolti anche al di fuori dei locali aziendali&#8221;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il lavoro agile, quindi, non \u00e8 una nuova tipologia contrattuale, ma si tratta di una particolare modalit\u00e0 di svolgimento del proprio lavoro in cui viene mutato il luogo di esecuzione della prestazione lavorativa. Lo scopo che il legislatore intende perseguire grazie allo smart working \u00e8 quello di incrementare la competitivit\u00e0 delle aziende e facilitare la conciliazione dei tempi di vita e di lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smart Working: un cambiamento culturale<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il lavoro agile presuppone un profondo cambiamento culturale, necessita di rivedere il modello organizzativo dell\u2019azienda (pubblica o privata) e ripensare alle modalit\u00e0 che caratterizzano il lavoro anche come organizzazione degli spazi in virt\u00f9 di principi come: flessibilit\u00e0, virtualizzazione, collaborazione tra le persone.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lavoro agile: come funziona?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come detto appena sopra, lo Smart Working per essere implementato necessita di una trasformazione culturale, poich\u00e8 \u00e8 un nuovo approccio al nostro modo di lavorare e collaborare all&#8217;interno di un&#8217;organizzazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alla base ci sono tre elementi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">il cambiamento del rapporto tra datore di lavoro e dipendente; rivedere la leadership implica che si passi dal controllo alla fiducia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la tecnologia diventa il perno di questa modalit\u00e0 di lavoro; essa deve essere collaborativa e in grado di agevolare al meglio il lavoro che si svolgeva prima sul luogo di lavoro;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la riorganizzazione degli spazi di lavoro, adesso pi\u00f9 fluidi e meno rigidi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo Smart Working fa s\u00ec che al centro non ci sia pi\u00f9 l\u2019ufficio, la sua routine, l\u2019azienda, ma la persona. L\u2019obiettivo diventa quindi quello di far convergere obiettivi personali, professionali e aziendali in modo da garantire una maggiore produttivit\u00e0 aziendale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le parole chiave sono quindi: responsabilit\u00e0 (del singolo dipendente), propriet\u00e0 (ognuno del proprio lavoro), consapevolezza (che ci sono obiettivi da raggiungere), lavoro autonomo e in team, rispetto dei tempi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smart Working: conciliazione dei tempi di vita e di lavoro<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quanto detto sopra implica che si debba necessariamente ripensare a come \u00e8 organizzata l\u2019azienda nel suo complesso, allo scopo di valorizzare il singolo lavoratore.
