{"id":51149,"date":"2020-04-30T06:30:23","date_gmt":"2020-04-30T04:30:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/smeupnew.it\/magazine\/blog\/postura-e-smart-working-covid-19\/"},"modified":"2020-04-30T06:30:23","modified_gmt":"2020-04-30T04:30:23","slug":"postura-e-smart-working-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smeup.com\/magazine\/blog\/postura-e-smart-working-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Smart Working e postura corretta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alla luce dell&#8217;esplosione dello smartworking imposta dall&#8217;emergenza coronavirus, \u00e8 aumentata anche la possibilit\u00e0 di assumere posture scorrette, con il conseguente rischio di far emergere disturbi muscolari o articolari latenti o provocarne di nuovi (sia a breve che a lungo termine).<\/p>\n<p>La modernit\u00e0, la tecnologia e lo stress ci stanno allontanando dalla presa di coscienza della corporeit\u00e0 e, mentre l'&#8221;igiene orale&#8221; \u00e9 ormai una tematica compresa da molti, se non da tutti, come prevenire il mal di schiena \u00e9 ancora un tema oscuro nel 2020.<\/p>\n<h5>Ecco alcuni consigli da seguire su postura e smart working.<\/h5>\n<h6>La seduta<\/h6>\n<p>Se la seduta della nostra postazione di smart working \u00e8 scomoda e non adeguatamente controbilanciata, ci troviamo a rischio di mal di schiena. La tensione causata dalla posizione scorretta che la sedia ci costringe ad assumere si somma a quella innescata dalle dinamiche professionali.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, una posizione scorretta pu\u00f2 ostacolare la circolazione sanguigna, causando gonfiori e pesantezza agli arti inferiori e, nelle persone predisposte, aggravando problemi venosi gi\u00e0 esistenti.<\/p>\n<p>Per contrastare questa problematica \u00e8 indicato l\u2019utilizzo di una seduta ergonomica oppure un tappetino di materiale gommoso morbido.<\/p>\n<p>In assenza di una seduta professionale, \u00e8 possibile prevenire i fastidi lombari aggiungendo un cuscino a supporto della parte bassa della schiena.<\/p>\n<p>Stando seduti, le cosce devono formare un angolo di circa 90\u00b0 con le gambe: per avere un maggiore comfort \u00e8 possibile utilizzare un poggiapiedi, strumento che non solo aiuta a mantenere una postura pi\u00f9 equilibrata, ma favorisce anche la circolazione sanguigna.<\/p>\n<p>Quando siamo seduti davanti al computer \u00e8 importante che ci domandiamo se le nostre gambe sono posizionate bene rispetto alla schiena, ma anche se riusciamo a respirare riempiendo i polmoni.<\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; importante soprattutto evitare di scegliere posture bizzarre, come stare seduti sul divano con il portatile sulle ginocchia o rimanere a letto lavorando appoggiati sul piumone.<\/p>\n<h6>La posizione<\/h6>\n<p>Anche il collo deve essere in una posizione ottimale rispetto al computer, altrimenti il rischio \u00e8 quello di contratture, le cui conseguenze rientrano nell\u2019insieme di sintomi nota comunemente come cervicale.<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di un disturbo che provoca irrigidimento del collo e che impatta sulla facilit\u00e0 di movimento. Tende ad essere accompagnato da disturbi quali vertigini, nausea, cefalea e parestesie (formicolii) locali. Alcune di queste manifestazioni sono dovute a fenomeni vascolari, in particolare alla lieve stenosi dei vasi sanguigni che scorrono nel collo.<\/p>\n<p>Per evitare che la posizione sbagliata del computer causi conseguenze fisiche, dobbiamo regolare l\u2019altezza del monitor, che deve essere allineato con gli occhi. Per sollevarlo, se \u00e8 basso, possiamo ricorrere all&#8217;acquisto di supporti attraverso i quali \u00e8 possibile regolarne l\u2019altezza.
