diverse <strong>tipologie<\/strong> esistenti di CRM, suddivise in base al ruolo che assumono all\u2019interno della relazione azienda-cliente (o potenziale cliente):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategico<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operativo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analitico<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborativo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><em>CRM Strategico<\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il CRM strategico ha come obiettivo l\u2019<strong>ottimizzazione<\/strong> delle relazioni con i clienti pi\u00f9 profittevoli per mantenerli e fidelizzarli.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tratta di una cultura aziendale e di una strategia orientata al cliente che punta non solo a soddisfare il proprio cliente ma anche, e soprattutto, a creare il massimo valore e migliorare il suo livello di esperienza.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><em>CRM Operativo<\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricopre una parte del CRM strategico ed \u00e8 fondamentale per l\u2019<strong>automazione<\/strong> di tutte le fasi del rapporto con la clientela.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In generale un buon programma CRM dovrebbe avere queste funzioni:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>automazione<\/strong> nella raccolta di informazioni per la creazione di una base di conoscenza utile all\u2019azienda;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>creazione<\/strong> di un back office per la gestione degli ordini;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>supporto<\/strong> alle vendite, sia tramite la creazione di anagrafiche descrittive del cliente che sul territorio (tramite l\u2019utilizzo del CRM da mobile) per la consultazione delle stesse;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>servizio clienti<\/strong> per gestire tutta la parte del post-vendita e customer care con l\u2019obiettivo di rispondere prontamente ad ogni esigenza del cliente; quest\u2019ultimo punto \u00e8 molto importante anche per eventuali modifiche da apportare al prodotto\/servizio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><em>CRM Analitico<\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa parte di CRM permette di analizzare le informazioni e si occupa di analizzare i dati a scopo strategico; si serve delle informazioni raccolte dal CRM operativo utili per:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>analizzare<\/strong> i clienti gi\u00e0 esistenti; non solo una semplice analisi, bens\u00ec la classificazione e conseguente segmentazione del mercato di riferimento a seconda di diverse variabili decise dall\u2019azienda;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>realizzare<\/strong> campagne promozionali; una volta segmentato il mercato \u00e8 possibile creare campagne promozionali ad hoc e monitorando in seguito i risultati prodotti;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>elaborare<\/strong> statistiche; avendo traccia di tutte le informazioni raccolte dal CRM operativo \u00e8 pi\u00f9 semplice elaborare statistiche precise riguardanti la relazione con il cliente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><em>CRM Collaborativo<\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il software di CRM collaborativo \u00e8 l\u2019<strong>unione<\/strong> di tutti gli strumenti di comunicazione tra interno ed esterno dell\u2019azienda, l\u2019obiettivo resta quello di puntare ad una maggiore segmentazione del mercato e conoscenza del cliente per poter offrire un\u2019esperienza personalizzata al massimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In questo caso va data particolare attenzione alla trasformazione tecnologica e all\u2019introduzione
