Il ritmo frenetico che caratterizza la nostra routine e la mancanza di tempo \u00e8 spesso la prima causa del non ascolto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oltre a questo motivo ne esistono altri sempre pi\u00f9 frequenti nelle realt\u00e0 aziendali: la mancanza di un\u2019opinione chiara dell\u2019interlocutore (causa perdite di tempo), la forte <\/span><strong>concentrazione<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sugli obiettivi personali da raggiungere o molto pi\u00f9 semplicemente la presenza di una persona all\u2019interno dell\u2019ufficio non \u00e8 esattamente di nostro gradimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019attivit\u00e0 di ascolto deve essere <\/span><strong>attiva<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quindi non basta sentire i discorsi di una persona, \u00e8 necessario interagire e aggiungere informazioni a quello che ascoltiamo, in modo da arricchire noi stessi e l\u2019altro; da non trascurare poi il <\/span><strong>linguaggio del corpo<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> che ricopre un ruolo fondamentale all\u2019interno di una conversazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In generale esistono alcune <\/span><strong>regole<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dell\u2019ascolto da tenere sempre in considerazione:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non avere fretta di concludere il discorso<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per capire quello che l\u2019altro ti sta dicendo devi chiedergli di aiutarti a vedere la situazione dalla sua prospettiva<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fai molta attenzione alle emozioni dell\u2019altro; come per il linguaggio del corpo le emozioni ti aiuteranno a capire meglio la situazione<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accogli i dissensi e sfruttali come occasione per migliorare la tua gestione dei conflitti<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><em>Human sensor: un buon leader sa ascoltare<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tornando all\u2019Humor Sensor citato in precedenza, un buon leader deve avere tutte le caratteristiche necessarie per saper ascoltare attivamente una persona all\u2019interno della propria organizzazione,<\/span> <strong>senza pregiudizi<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><strong>con curiosit\u00e0<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La curiosit\u00e0 infatti, permette di interessarti veramente al discorso intavolato con l\u2019interlocutore e, perch\u00e9 no, scoprire che in realt\u00e0 la tua convinzione non era cos\u00ec perfetta e indistruttibile come pensavi; inoltre, se non ascolti o non ammetti di avere torto, non puoi crescere, di conseguenza se non cresci, la tua attivit\u00e0 non crescer\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oltre all\u2019ascolto ci sono due caratteristiche che un buon leader deve avere, il <\/span><strong>silenzio<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e la <\/span><strong>sincerit\u00e0<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; queste tre caratteristiche combinate ti permetteranno di attendere la fine del discorso e rispondere nel modo corretto dimostrando non solo di aver ascoltato l\u2019altra persona ma anche di non mentire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In realt\u00e0, l\u2019origine del non ascolto non \u00e8 da collegare automaticamente ad una mancanza di rispetto, la causa \u00e8 semplicemente una <\/span><strong>scarsa<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> abitudine all\u2019ascolto che, come tutte le qualit\u00e0 personali, va allenata nel tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questo allenamento ti aiuter\u00e0, qualsiasi sia la tua posizione in azienda e non solo in ambito lavorativo; ricorda sempre che cercare il conflitto per prevalere sull\u2019altro porter\u00e0 solo frustrazione e difficolt\u00e0 di comprensione.
