The fact of doing M&A, i.e. Mergers and Acquisitions within a company, involves dealing with all those extraordinary finance transactions that lead to the merger of two or more companies by merger or incorporation.
But to smeup it means much more!
The term that best describes our attitude towards the evolution of Business is “pooling of intelligences”, “sharing of experiences”.

Our watchwords are: listening and respect

The attitude of “aggregating” (joining together) turns out to be more respectful to the referents who wish to share the wealth of intelligence and experience gained over time. All this implies having to accept the action that is being performed and suggests active involvement instead of coercion. smeup companies have joined together around a business style in their way of approaching the relationship with Customers, Suppliers, Competitors, Collaborators, as well as with the social context, ranging from institutions to tax issues and respect of the natural environment in a broad sense.

Because alone you may sometimes not have adequate strength to face investments and deal with difficulties. Challenges that require ever-increasing forces in terms of technology and organization are on the agenda in the ICT market.
We intend to become a company able to offer customers all the solutions necessary to meet their needs. We must therefore join together and make quick decisions with safe intentions, aware of the efforts entailed by the fact of joining together. We have learned from our experience how to identify a number of useful indicators to prevent difficulties while preparing us for the effort entailed by actions of this nature.

Mutual trust, clarity of purpose, as well as clarity in the definition of objectives. Understanding and acceptance of differences – the core elements that we see as the key to success of any operation.
Business companies cannot be referred to as inanimate objects you buy through financial transactions in order to obtain simple ownership. We consider companies to be distinct entities with a soul of their own and a beating heart that must not get lost as a result of joining together (a concept we refer to as “aggregation”).
This is the reason why we almost always believe it to be of paramount importance for the Management of the company taken over to stay with us in order to make an active contribution to business continuity, customer relationship, as well as to the relationship of trust that binds the company to their people.
